Equipment is rented for a fixed or indefinite period, specified by the appropriate unit of time, which is a day, week, or month.

Equipment rental is based on the current price list available on the website and at the company headquarters.

Some devices have a specified hourly work limit. In such a case, a fee is charged for each additional hour of work in accordance with the current price list.

No fee is charged for Sundays and holidays. This does not apply to equipment that is used by the Client on these days or as stipulated in the agreement.

Price negotiation is possible.

Long-term rental (over 6 months) is possible. In such a case, the rental conditions are negotiated individually.

The Renter is obliged to provide adequately trained and authorized personnel to operate the rented equipment.

Rental of machines and equipment is based on OWWD (long-term rental), OWWK (short-term rental). These terms are available on the website and at the company headquarters.

Detailed rental conditions are regulated by the agreement and the order or commission.

The offer of rental company may include additional services: technical advice, equipment transport, service, machine washing, assembly, and disassembly.

Womar-Rental may collect a deposit as security for the rental transaction and the value of the equipment. The amount of the deposit is agreed upon with the Client before the rental. Payment of the agreed deposit is made based on the concluded agreement or placed order, to the bank account and is a condition for handing over the equipment.

In the case of other equipment, the rental fee is calculated from the date of its protocol handing over to the date of its protocol return. All devices have appropriate certificates required by Polish law and approvals for use.

All machines and equipment rented from Womar-Rental must be properly secured by the Client against theft and damage, and also operated and used in accordance with their DTR.

In certain cases, a prepayment based on a pro forma invoice applies for the first rental.
