Construction Equipment Rental Regulations

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These regulations define the principles of construction equipment rental at WOMAR-RENTAL.

Lessor: Womar-Rental S.C., ul. Toszecka 181, 44-100 Gliwice, NIP: 969 166 53 55.

Lessee - a natural or legal person entering into an equipment rental agreement with the Lessor.

Concluding a rental agreement means accepting these regulations.

§2. RENTAL RULES

Equipment is rented based on a rental agreement concluded in written or electronic form.

To conclude an agreement, an identity document (ID card or passport) is required, and for companies – registration documents.

Rental time is calculated in days (24 hours) or hours – according to the terms of the agreement.

The Lessor reserves the right to refuse rental without stating a reason.

§3. FEES AND PAYMENTS

The rental price list is available at the rental office and on the website.

A refundable deposit (amount determined individually) is required before the rental begins.

Payment for rental is made in advance – by cash, card, or bank transfer.

In case of exceeding the return deadline, an additional fee will be charged according to the price list.

Equipment cleaning costs:

  • Equipment must be returned in a clean condition.
  • If the equipment is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged - minimum PLN 60 net, depending on the degree of soiling.

§4. LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS

The Lessee is obliged to:

  • Use the equipment according to its intended purpose and instructions,
  • Familiarize with the instructions on www.Womar-Rental.pl
  • Exercise due diligence,
  • Not transfer equipment to third parties without the Lessor's consent,
  • Return the equipment in an undeteriorated condition.

The Lessee bears full responsibility for:

  • Damages resulting from improper use,
  • Costs of repair, replacement of parts or the entire equipment in case of damage not covered by normal wear and tear (determined by the Lessor),
  • Loss of equipment (theft, disappearance) – in such a case, the Lessee is obliged to cover the full market value of the device.

§5. LESSOR'S OBLIGATIONS

The Lessor undertakes to:

  • Issue technically sound, clean, and ready-to-work equipment,
  • Provide technical support in case of failure.

At the Lessee's request, the Lessor can conduct a short training session on equipment operation at the Gliwice Toszecka 181 facility.

§6. EQUIPMENT RETURN

Equipment must be returned within the term specified in the agreement.

Equipment should be:

  • Technically sound,
  • Clean,
  • Maintained (if applicable).

In case of damage or missing parts, the Lessor has the right to deduct appropriate amounts from the deposit or issue an invoice for repair/replacement costs.

§7. RESPONSIBILITY AND EQUIPMENT THEFT

The Lessee bears full responsibility for the equipment from the moment of collection until the moment of return.

In case of theft or loss of equipment, the Lessee is obliged to:

  • Immediately inform the Lessor,
  • Report the matter to the police and provide a certificate from the police station,
  • Cover the full market value of the equipment.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

WOMAR-RENTAL reserves the right to change these regulations – the current version is available at the office and on the website.

In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

Disputes arising from the rental shall be settled by the court competent for the registered office of WOMAR-RENTAL.
